Vaani HQ (“we”, “us”) provides AI-powered tools for generating, translating, and scheduling social media content in Indian languages. By using vaanihq.in you agree to these terms.
Your account
You must be 13 or older to use Vaani HQ. You are responsible for the activity on your account. Do not share credentials. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or the policies of the platforms we connect to (Instagram, payment providers).
Acceptable use
- No illegal content; no harassment; no doxxing; no CSAM.
- No automated scraping or resale of generated output.
- No bypassing rate limits or plan entitlements.
- You retain ownership of content you create. We claim no rights over your captions.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — your plan entitlements remain active until then. Refunds are at our discretion and reviewed case by case.
AI output
Vaani HQ uses third-party AI (Claude by Anthropic) to generate captions. AI output can be wrong or culturally off — always review before publishing. We are not liable for content you publish.
Service availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled posts may be delayed if Instagram or our infrastructure is unavailable; we will retry within reasonable limits and notify you on final failure.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are communicated by email.
